Brief: To create a healthy kids cereal.
We started this brief by looking at healthy cereals and fun cereals, and what makes a cereal fun (for kids).
Once we had come up with our space themed concept, we brainstormed ideas on more ways we could make it fun for kids.
We then jotted down ideas for the logo:
PRESENTATION:
Aimed at 6-12 year olds.
This is Ginger, our character who appears on all Space Food packaging somewhere. (We were told our client likes characters)
As we weren't allowed to use cardboard boxes, we have opted for these plastic bags.
On the back will be facts about space and current updates on space discoveries. There will also be a link to BBC bitesize which will have its own educational space page.
Below is the sticker chart you receive in the bag where you can collect stickers to make up your own galaxy.
As we were informed our client wants to launch an 'on the go' version of the cereal, we responded to this by making 'Lift Off biscuits'.
We were also told it needs to appear in a tv show. We chose 'Brain Freeze', a space puppet show on CBBC- in particular in the episode 'Space Food' (!!!!!!)
As requested we have chosen a celebrity ambassador; Brian Cox.
